Well there is a question. The reason is quite simple really, and although you might like to think that you don’t need to keep up with everyone else, you are eventually going to use mobile broadband whether you want to or not; quite simply because that’s the way the world is taking you…

Those who already use mobile broadband are primarily those who use their laptops on the way to work because there aren’t enough hours in the day, and young internet users who often don’t have a permanent residence anyway in which to have a desktop system and a landline; these sort of youngsters are usually students or those of about the same age and slightly over.

But when you consider that all those students are using mobile broadband on their wireless devices, then imagine how many of the older generation will be using them when this lot get older. Then they in turn will breed another generation of mobile broadband users who have never known a world without it; indeed, my daughter cannot believe that i lived in a time when there was no internet at all!

So wireless broadband will become the future and we will all be forced along with it, simply because not to be a part of it is folly; soon we won’t be able to function without the internet, and no-one wants to be left behind do they?

There is nothing better than mobile broadband for mobile internet use today. The only thing that comes close in speed for broadband users is fibre optics, but i’m not really sure how this works with mobile internet…

For the meantime it’s probably best to stick with broadband through the telephone wires, at least until fibre optics sort out their issues. These are mainly coverage issues, and they don’t look like they are going to get the entire UK covered very quickly at the moment; at least with broadband through the telephone cables you can get a reasonable service and get what you need, when you need it, and mostly where you need it.

When the sort of speeds that the fibre optic networks boast are actually readily available to all mobile broadband users, and providing they can afford the price of it, there very well may be little point in upgrading for what you need it for anyway. If you think about, yes highspeed broadband is good when you’re out and about, but how many of us actually need that sort of speed when we’re out at work and on the way here and there? Isn’t it better to have the faster service in the home if it’s going to be even marginally cheaper?

Remember to be sure to compare prices of your mobile internet provider when you decide which mobile broadband to go with; there’s a lot out there to choose from!

Bored with your broadband at home? Tired of not being able to work on the way to work and use that precious 40 min train journey a little better? Well you can use that time if you get mobile broadband, and you can get rid of all those times when you wish you had access to the internet when you’re out and about…

Hell, everyone else is at it. It’s true, the whole world seems to be going mobile these days. People work on their way to work for Christ’s sake! Personally i wouldn’t want to work until i got there, i think we all work a little too much these days, but there are people out there who would benefit considerably from this mobile broadband advantage.

Let’s take a look at the family man for example. Without mobile internet access the family man is probably going to be bound to the office until late in the evening and not get the chance to see his children before they go to bed. I’ve known people like this myself, and they are not happy; and their kids are even more unhappy. Mobile broadband can allow the business person to start their work early by doing some on the train, and also finish work a little earlier becaue of the same reason.

We should all perhaps switch to mobile broadband if we’re travelling for long periods of time, it could just save the family unit!

When i work away from home i like to keep in touch with those i love, and that is one of the main reasons i got mobile broadband. My job doesn’t really require me to have mobile broadband, or any form of internet access at all really…

I just choose to have it with me because i like to surf the internet and i love to chat with my family on webcam, instant messaging and email. Mobile broadband allows me to do this easily when i’m on the train, sometimes even on the plane, and i can also access all this when i’m in another country.

I can’t tolerate a slow internet connection when i’m using a webcam for the simple reason it looks as though the person i’m talking to needs to catch up with the words they’ve just spoken!

The trouble is finding one that suits your needs best of all. And that’s what there are websites like this for. I found my mobile broadband deal with a site like this and that’s why i’m writing this for you. You want to be able to keep in touch and surf the net don’t you? But you don’t want to pay through the nose for it do you? Of course you don’t. So that’s why you can compare mobile broadband deals right now online.

I know you all like PC gaming at home on the comfort of your lounge or bedroom, or indeed wherever you have your desktop set up at home, but have you ever considered doing a little bit of mobile gaming?

It’s the new thing these days, and i’ve seen so many people doing it that i think it’s quite infectious. Now, i’m not a Warcraft fan or a fan of any of these other online RPG games, but i do like playing games online. I think that there is no better way to spend a dreadfully dull train journey than fighting against some other person in another country on a combat based game, or perhaps a strategy. For all you purist mobile broadband users out there, you could always just settle for a simple game of chess against your friend overseas; just don’t pick a Russian, i played against one a while ago and he wiped the floor with me.

So don’t just think that because you’ve signed up for mobile broadband that it’s the end of all things fun and that you are destined for a lifetime of surfing business related sites and picking up your emails on the train on your way into work in the morning. Think of mobile broadband as a new lease of life, and play your games as you always have, with great passion and enjoyment and let no-one tell you it’s wrong!

Well the answer to the above question is wholly dependent on who you are if we’re going to be logical. Myself for instance. I don’t use mobile broadband often at all. I am rarely out of the house these days, and i’m often shut up for days on end writing away on my PC in the comfort of my own home…

But there are times that i need internet on the go, and mobile broadband is what i have. I am connected on my laptop just incase i am out and need to send documents or catch up on emails etc.

But moving onto another user of mobile broadband, we can examine my daughter’s usuage a little closer. She would primarily use her mobile broadband for social networking sites. She will even type messages to one of her friends on a social network site whilst she is in the same room as her; it sounds crazy but apparently they like that these days. It’s a good job she takes care of her own mobile broadband with a pay as you go package. I couldn’t afford to keep her online everywhere she goes all the time. She also spends an awful lot of time downloading music. Now this is especially useful to her because she stores all her tunes on her laptop. Having mobile broadband allows her to check in with her friends and then download the same songs as they have and stuff like that apparently; personally i’d just copy my friend’s files (don’t tell anyone i said that, it’s probably illegal).

I bought my wife mobile broadband for Christmas and she is so grateful she did all manner of things for me! Wireless internet has become an essential part of living in the 21st century and now 2010 is here we can look forward to another decade of mobile broadband deals and offers…

I can’t tell you which ones to go for in the mobile broadband UK market, but i can ask you to browse the site and take in all the information you can find and make a decision based on good information. The best way to find the mobile broadband you want and need is to compare mobile broadband prices.

For my wife it was a clear choice of pay as you go mobile broadband, without a contract. This is something she can top up and use whenever she needs to, and quite frankly this isn’t often at the moment but it’s bound to increase as she goes out and about a lot more in the new year. She doesn’t have to use up her mobile broadband credit within a certain length of time either, so it’s perfect. You have to watch out for these pay as you go mobile broadband providers, because some of them will put an expiry date on your broadband. Essentially, if you haven’t used up your mobile broadband time within the quota they allow you, you lose it! Watch out and always read the small print!

I’ve been working with mobile broadband for a few years now, and quite frankly it scares me how easy it has made my life. If i didn’t have it now i would go bankrupt! This is certainly something i need to think about a little more seriously, but for now i’ll get by i suppose. Having a wireless internet connection is essential to me because i travel with work and constantly need to be online in order to get advice on this and that…

I am an engineer of heating equipment, and i travel all over the world fixing very big heating appliances etc. It’s a pretty dull job, and i don’t really know what i’m doing, but it’s all there on one of those massive question and answer databases that diagnose and repair machinery. All they need me for is to basically turn on my wireless internet connection and type in the problem. Then the database will consider all the variables and tell me what to do. The only reason the company hire me to go along with my laptop and toolbox is so that they can charge their customers a great big fee for labour; in reality anyone could consult this online database and fix their own machinery. It’s quite sad really. It works on the same principal as those little cards you can sometimes see at the fast food places that tell the staff to: smile, take order, smile, give change, smile etc.

But i suppose if it wasn’t for my wireless internet connection i’d be without this job, and i’d see a lot less of the world than what i do now. How the world has evolved into a strange place.

Let me tell you about my journey to work the other day. I was on the train with my laptop, and of course i was online with my wireless connection. I work as a production line manager, and that particular morning i was late to work. However, from the comfort of my seat on the train, and with the help of a wireless internet connection i was enabled to solve an enormous problem at work…

I remember it well because i was complimented on my management skills to solve the problem. I had only just signed onto my wireless internet connection that morning when i had a phonecall from the office. The foreman of the production line was in quite a panic because one of the machines had gone down (broken) and he couldn’t find the engineer, because he believed the one on shift was sick that day.

After my initial displeasure with the whole situation i resolved to send an email to the engineer who was off sick. Luckily thanks to my wireless internet connection i managed to get him on an instant messaging program and started to chat to him about the problem. It turned out that there was something (something i’ve never heard of) broken on the machine. I instructed my foreman to photograph the broken part and email it to me directly. By the magic of fast wireless internet connection i had the image in seconds and was able to show the engineer. The engineer then solved the problem quickly and easily with a few simple instructions. The machine was up and running, and the company was making thousands again, all thanks to my quick thinking and a wireless internet connection. The only person who was unhappy was the engineer, who now thinks we may use online engineering assistance!

In an earlier post i told you that i downloaded jazz with my mobile broadband connection in order to torture my wife. Well i want to tell you that you can use your wireless connection to show off a little too if you like. My son happens to like jazz too, and he told me this little wireless internet tip to impress your girlfriend…

He lives with his girlfriend, and both of them are familiar with mobile broadband and take full advantage of its features on a daily basis, but even though his girlfriend is so well versed in the capabilities of mobile broadband, he still manages to fool her often.

They are both quite competitive people really, and you can often find them sitting around discussing this and that, and arguing about who is right and wrong. My son has a method of finding information out and telling his girlfriend what’s right and wrong; and this is directly as a result of his wireless internet connection. They have a PC in their bedroom upstairs and when they are home this is the hub of their world. Whenever they need something they use this PC. However, my son uses his laptop in the kitchen to catch out his girlfriend, and can you believe it works?

He still can’t explain why she hasn’t found out that whenever they are arguing about the answer to a question he goes to the kitchen to “make the tea” and comes back with a load of fresh knowledge. She also argues with him about what jazz he has in his collection, and thanks to me telling him about my dowload sites, he can use his wireless connection to download songs, she says he hasn’t got, in seconds from the comfort of his kitchen!
