I’ve been working with mobile broadband for a few years now, and quite frankly it scares me how easy it has made my life. If i didn’t have it now i would go bankrupt! This is certainly something i need to think about a little more seriously, but for now i’ll get by i suppose. Having a wireless internet connection is essential to me because i travel with work and constantly need to be online in order to get advice on this and that…

I am an engineer of heating equipment, and i travel all over the world fixing very big heating appliances etc. It’s a pretty dull job, and i don’t really know what i’m doing, but it’s all there on one of those massive question and answer databases that diagnose and repair machinery. All they need me for is to basically turn on my wireless internet connection and type in the problem. Then the database will consider all the variables and tell me what to do. The only reason the company hire me to go along with my laptop and toolbox is so that they can charge their customers a great big fee for labour; in reality anyone could consult this online database and fix their own machinery. It’s quite sad really. It works on the same principal as those little cards you can sometimes see at the fast food places that tell the staff to: smile, take order, smile, give change, smile etc.

But i suppose if it wasn’t for my wireless internet connection i’d be without this job, and i’d see a lot less of the world than what i do now. How the world has evolved into a strange place.

Let me tell you about my journey to work the other day. I was on the train with my laptop, and of course i was online with my wireless connection. I work as a production line manager, and that particular morning i was late to work. However, from the comfort of my seat on the train, and with the help of a wireless internet connection i was enabled to solve an enormous problem at work…

I remember it well because i was complimented on my management skills to solve the problem. I had only just signed onto my wireless internet connection that morning when i had a phonecall from the office. The foreman of the production line was in quite a panic because one of the machines had gone down (broken) and he couldn’t find the engineer, because he believed the one on shift was sick that day.

After my initial displeasure with the whole situation i resolved to send an email to the engineer who was off sick. Luckily thanks to my wireless internet connection i managed to get him on an instant messaging program and started to chat to him about the problem. It turned out that there was something (something i’ve never heard of) broken on the machine. I instructed my foreman to photograph the broken part and email it to me directly. By the magic of fast wireless internet connection i had the image in seconds and was able to show the engineer. The engineer then solved the problem quickly and easily with a few simple instructions. The machine was up and running, and the company was making thousands again, all thanks to my quick thinking and a wireless internet connection. The only person who was unhappy was the engineer, who now thinks we may use online engineering assistance!

There is one thing i love the most about my mobile broadband connection, and that is downloading all my favourite tunes from various differnet download sites. This is the only real leisure activity i have these days since my wife outlawed PC games, so i make the most of my wireless internet connection and sneaker around in different rooms spending our hard earned money on my favourite bands…

This is the beauty of being a wireless internet connection. Mobile broadband allows me to be secretive about what i’m doing online. There was a time when i had to stop what i was doing online when my wife walked into our bedroom. Now i can just take my laptop out the room with me, and if my wife follows me, it’s her that ends up looking sinister and underhand by spying on me! Thank you mobile broadband; you’re a life saver. Mostly i am left in peace to download loads of obscure jazz track that will torture my wife at a later date; she still doesn’t know where i get them.

Anyway, back to the music downloads. I can download loads with my mobile broadband connection because it provides me with the same speed i get from my desktop PC connection. I’m quite lucky because i live in an area where i can use the best wireless internet packages and benefit from teh maximum speeds that they boast. If you want to take advantage of mobile broadband, first make sure you can recieve the speed you’re hoping to get, otherwise you could end up with a lot of disappointment.

If you’re confused about getting a wireless connection, and going for wireless broadband, then you can join the club because many, many people are; that includes me. This is why i have the website. It’s aim is to help you choose mobile broadband and compare mobile broadband offers from various different wireless broadband providers…

Personally i don’t use wireless internet connections, but the rest of my family do. They are always out and about shopping, or at a friends, or in the park etc. In all these places you can still access the internet with mobile broadband. There are also several ways in which you can do this.

Like telephones, mobile broadband is available on contract. Contracts are alright if you don’t mind being tied into something, and you are sure on how much mobile broadband usuage you need. But if you’re a little more like me, and several of my family members, then you might want to opt for something a little more freeing (for want of a better word). Now you can also get pay as you go mobile broadband. This is the future, and in fact it has been for quite sometime; apparently.

So have a browse around the website and see if you like the way it’s laid out. I’ve designed it to be easy to use and tell you as much information about wireless internet and mobile broadband as possible. You should leave here able to make an informed decision on what to do next.

Is PAYG Wireless Internet Best for You?

PAYG wireless Internet access is a latest service innovation of wireless providers. PAYG stands for Pay As You Go. This means you only pay for the service as you use it.

PAYG wireless Internet access is best for those who do not want to have a regular contract with a service provider. A regular contract means you will pay a fixed monthly price for the entire service provision.

With PAYG wireless Internet, you will not subscribe to the monthly service of the provider. All you have to do is activate your wireless Internet connection when you need it. You will be billed only for the time you consumed accessing the Internet.

PAYG wireless Internet is also best if you are not a heavy online user. If you just need to check emails and online messages occasionally, then PAYG wireless Internet is best for you. However, if you are a heavy user and you need an always-on Internet connection, then PAYG wireless service would be too costly.

Because PAYG services charge by the minute of connection, your Internet bill could be triple than the amount of a regular service. So if you think that you will need Internet access frequently, you need to choose a regular wireless access subscription.

When choosing a PAYG wireless Internet provider, you should go with a service that has flexible options. This means the service provider should have different service rates and different connection packages. This way, you will be able to choose the right PAYG service that will be suitable for your needs.

Lastly, a PAYG service should be able to provide reliable and high speed Internet connections. This is important because you are paying for the amount of time you access the Internet. So every second counts when you are on a PAYG wireless Internet service. Make sure that your wireless service can provide fast and reliable access every time you log on to your account.

In this age called the information age, having access to the internet is a necessity. It allows one to be connected with different people around the world. It can make one more productive in a chosen business as one can do work even if one is not in the office. One can even make management decisions even if one is away on vacation. With the technology available one can even conduct meetings with different persons that are in different places by making a video conference call.

One can reach loved ones in faraway places cheaper with the use of the internet. Information can be easily accessed and important files can be easily sent and received with the use of the internet.
The technological advancements made in communication technology have allowed the internet to evolve from the slow and unreliable dial-up connection to a high-speed wireless internet connection. Having a wireless broadband connection will give one all the advantages that the internet offers without the hassle of connecting long lengths of wires or the disadvantage of being stationary. Wireless internet can allow one to move around and be in different places without dragging a wire.
There are a number of ways in which wireless internet can be achieved. One can connect a broadband line to a wireless router. With WiFi technology one can connect a network of computers with WiFi capability to one internet line without the hassle of connecting wires. Another is by going to establishments that offer free wireless internet. One can bring a laptop and simply connect to the internet. This is handy when one needs to check one’s e-mail or check out news on the internet or send a file when one is outside the office. Most establishments that offer free wireless internet access are coffee shops so one can unwind while doing stuff online.
Mobile phones now can have the capability of accessing the internet. Mobile phone providers now allow access to the internet as an additional feature. One can browse the internet and check and send e-mails with the use of their mobile phones. A relatively new service offered by mobile phone companies now is mobile broadband. Mobile broadband is now one of the most popular ways one can connect to the internet. It provides high-speed internet while providing portability. One can connect to the internet even when on the move. The high-speed internet allows one to do more than just browse the web, but also send and receive large sized files. One can even download large video and audio files in a matter of minutes.
Mobile broadband can come with a broadband dongle. Broadband dongles are essentially modems one can connect to one’s computer to be able to connect to the internet. Its small size allows it to be carried easily and be plugged in and out of the computer without any difficulty. It’s also easy to use and the user doesn’t have to have any extensive knowledge about computers to use. Mobile Broadband providers offer different packages that will fit the needs of the subscribers.

The Ups and Downs of Wireless Internet, Exposed!

Wireless internet is practically everywhere, and anywhere. They are in your favorite restaurant, in your school library, in terminals and offices, and even in your backyard (yes, you can use that too, provided that they did not configure any kind of restrictions!)

It is no doubt that wireless internet is up to 35 times faster than dialup because it is capable of establishing connectivity even at ranges way beyond what modem cables can cover. Wireless internet is known for its many names and subcategories, such as Wi-Fi, Hotspot or simply Wireless Access. This type of connection makes it easy for anyone to transfer documents from one computer to another that is within the Wi-Fi range, which means that they can easily connect from one port to another without the need for any complex algorithm or configuration settings that you usually have to deal with wired communications.

The typical connection speed of wireless internet is from 384 kbps to 2 Mbps—quite faster than dialup but a bit slower than broadband connection. Therefore, in terms of speed, wireless internet falls between dialup and broadband, but its performance is very much comparable to services with higher connection speeds, provided that there is no signal loss or attenuation within the vicinity.

One major weakness of wireless internet is with the varying temperature and atmospheric conditions. signal is usually easily attenuated during rainy seasons or foggy climate mainly because wireless internet is still under the principle of line-of-sight propagation, which means that network signal can be easily absorbed by these atmospheric factors if it is at a very significant level.

The famous wireless internet services offer a number of benefits, such as faster connection speed compared to the conventional dialup service, and easy network configuration when it comes to establishing wireless connection, as there is no need for passwords or authentication (especially when you are in a public hotspot).

Madrid, Telefonica Moviles announced today marketing a new USB modem that allows connection to the Internet via the phone through the laptop’s manufacturer Novatel, which began competition in a sector which so far only the Chinese company Huawei.

It is the smallest pocket modem market, the USB 3.5 Plus Novatel MC950D G, which does not need cable for connection to the computer.

The new modem provides access to the Internet at speeds up to 7.2 megabits downstream and two climb, with the latest third-generation HSPA technology.

Connecting via USB Mobile began a year ago with the Chinese manufacturer Huawei’s products that offered a first device capable of HSDPA technology and a few months ago drew the new product for new HSPA network, with faster upload to the Internet previous device.

In a press release, Telefonica said it was the first launch performed with a mobile operator company Novatel, a provider of solutions for broadband wireless access and Internet.
